ok restore process automate nenu ma patha office lo chesina....create a SQL agent job...and job lo steps kinda vi follow avvu
1. copy backup file from source to destination server...for this use Xcopy script....google lo search cheyyi easy ga dorukuthadi....
2. Restore database ....stored proc create cheyyi edo oka database and put that proc in step 2 under that database
3. sync the logins using sp_change_users_login --- deeni script kuda easy ga dorukuthadi....

backupfile copy chesetappudu....first create an empty .bak file in destination.....
hope this helps....emaina question unte adugu.....previous company collegu ni adugutha script pampamani.....

and one more thing.....if you are not aware of this....2nd step o stored proc lo normal restore script....script lo first line lo....use the below statement.....sometimes....if the database is in use..restore process fails..

Alter database db_name set restricted_user with rollback immediate
