And my employer is filing H1 for me this year April. So I will be in Cap Gap for some time before October.[/color][/size][/font][/color] [color=#282828][font=arial, sans-serif][size=3][color=#0000FF]Suppose, if I get fired from this job some where around August. if my employer revokes my H1, and if H1 quota is filled, what would be my situation..? [/color][/size][/font][/color] if something happens and u end up wo job (lets not hope so) ,before oct u need to file new petitoinn and after oct u can transfer. thts it (quota filled ayite em cheyalem) [color=#282828][font=arial, sans-serif][size=3][color=#0000FF]Can my employer revoke H1, before H1 starts, that is before OCTOBER. [/quote] 2)You cant file a new petiotn if h1b quota is completed by that timee..Before oct 1st you cant transfer your H1.. 3)He can revoke any time..
