i need your help and advice.

nenu opt extension lo unna ipudu, in a desi consultancy and working in california for a client.

na job feb-13, 28 ki end avtundani maa manager ivala chepindi.

i am tensed now.

1) H1 apply cheyadaniki client letter compulsory aa?? or can we put our consultancy in house project for H1 ??

2) nenu ipudu marketing start chesi , new project vaste, will the new vendor or client give the letter for H1 generally ??

please help me guys!!

I hv faced same sit last yr..and inka naa sit alaney nadustundi ..kind of floating in two boats..

maa emp inhouse apply chesadu naaku..nw naa h1 inka pending lo undi..

SO final ga nenu cheppedi enti ante..apr lo H1 filing kabatti..Apr lo kella Proj techhuko..
Client lttr kakapoyina PO kuda pedtharu fr h1 proc..
mari situation atu itu aythe kani Inhouse ki pettukoku..

And last but nt leats Inhouse pettukunna premium vellu....Dnt go fr reg processing...
