I was in same position 6 months back. Non compete lo .." You cant join direct or in direct client related to XXX"(your employer anni untundi). Naku attorney nunchi notice kuda vachindi. I need to consult other attorneys too. If you decide to Join Client, be ready to FLUSH big money to win case. Even though documents are in favor to you, you cant stop him from filing case on you, so in that case you need to defend your self by hiring attorney (big money here, case can go on for months). In case if he wins case, good chance you might loose job at client as well paying partial amount mentioned in non compete. Good Luck, your decision
