[b]xxx [/b]is not an Employee of [client], however, but, provides services on-site on the project through [Prime Vendor]. This project started on [start date] and is expected to continue with possible multiple extensions.

This letter is being provided solely for the purpose of confirming that [b]xxx[/b] is engaged as a third party contractor through [Prime Vendor]. This letter is intended to be provided to the USCIS adjudicating personnel, involved in the visa status process to confirm assignment of [b]xxx[/b] on project, and should not be misconstrued as an offer of employment or employment confirmation letter.

During his consulting services, [Petitioner/Employer]. will be responsible for his salary, benefits, and will have the authority on[b]xxx[/b] performance review, employment status and control on his work locations as per the agreement.

[b]xxx[/b] on “ Project” performs the following tasks:
