None of them were formed with the new capitals. Pease from those places don t want old capital hwich was developed by muual contribution. So they were allocated with special funds for its development.

If u want a separate state go for new capital in your region & accept hyd to be capital for both the regions for 10 years or so.(till we build a capital for us)....
