Im trying to connect to database using SQL plus but
when i loggin as sys as sysdba then it says , connected to an idle instance, I made sure that every service is running in services

Normal ga aithe sqlplus loki login aiy
sys as sysdba
and empty password iste , it was connected but now after a fresh installation this error saying connected to an idle instance poped up
