adhoc analysis or are you going to use prebuild data?
if it is prebuild reports,How many reports do you have ?
ask for mockup reports.. meaning report templates ?
what kind of reports are those ? ondemand or scheduled ?
what is the SLA of reports? Meaning by what time do you need reports to be ready ?
Is there any security implementation required ?
how many users are going to acccess the reports ?
what is the output format of reprots ?is it in WEBI?excel?pdf?
Do you need any dashboards ?
What kind of charts they need in report?
