It is very common bayya..naa friends iddariki itlane unde india lo...small surgery chesi liquid ni teesesaaru..oka 3,4 days rest ankunta..tarvaatha normal..nothing to worry..10k cost ayyindi 4 yrs ago

if it is hydrocele....it is jujupi....very minor operation for surgeons... he can wait until next india visit..... but if it is solid swelling itis better to consult another doctor ane get an ultrasound done//

neeti budaga laga unte hydrocele dude.... i mean press chesinappudu scrotum size normal gaa undi chuttu water unte...

solid swelling ante lemon size lo unna scrotum potato size ki solid gaa marithe then it could be wither infection or very rarely cancerous... Usually ultrasound is good enough to tell what it is... based on ultrasound report one will decide whether candidate need testicular biopsy or not... if ultrasound is highly suggestive of cancerous growth they will take out total testis and send it to lab for microscopic examination of cells.. if they take out total testis they call orchidectomy..
