The party recognizes the growing aspirations and sentiments of Telangana region for a separate state. It notes the genuine contents of the 1st SRC in this connection. However, since such demands can also come from other ways/states it "better" be addressed by 2nd SRC.

Better be addressed antey, 2nd SRC is just an option matramey and there are other ways deal with it. For example new states that formed recently Chhattisgarh, Uttaranchal, Jharkhand etc.., are not formed based on 2nd SRC or any other SRC.
