Dry Cleaning Business...(Navvaku)

Nenu koncham research chesina deeni meeda. Very less investment and moderate profits.

Investment = rent a shop + 2 employees + power expences.
Relations = get contact with local laundry people where they wash the clothes.

you will be like a mediator in between customer and local laundry people.

Customer satisfaction gains more business in this. Try to be at reasonable in prices, start with small store and grow to big.

just give a thought. not insisting you to implement but think +ve's and -ve's.

No criticize please..... let me know your thoughts.....

For me when I go back to India, I always prefer to start a milk business.
Invest 10 lakhs, have the buffaloes insured with good insurer (life insurance). This is important.
Employ some good people, who are reliable. This is most and foremost important.
Hire such a locality where there is no dearth for water (Coastal Andhra, not to hurt Tenaganites or Rayalseemaites).
Implement US/European methodologies for care-taking the buffaloes.
Get some good customers (may be hotels) in near by towns.

Indian population and especially middle class is growing day by day and FOOD is very important and getting expensive. There is a definite and standard market.
Gives satisfaction, personally. Almost like serving country with basic ingredient of life.
Ultimately grow to establish own Dairy Plant (Dont laugh, it can be achieved with hard-work).

Thanks
