my honest opinion.
air india service bagundadhu ani andaru antaru. kaani naaku aithey baney anipinchindi. i traveled 2 times.
the only issue with air india is connecting flights. nuvvu bombay lo digaka, bombay to hyd flight delay ayyey chances ekkuva. multiple flights from different countries ki same flight connecting undati from bombay to hyd. ey okkati late ayina idhi late avuthundi

nenu last time dec lo vellindi....variety......naa tkt meeda JFK-BOM-HYD undi....bt vaadu delhi lo aapi mammalni dinchi oka 2 hr koorchopetti malli ade flight ekkinchadu......then bombay ki vacham...flight change chesadu bt luaggage collect chesukoledu and nenu intl terminal lone unnam......bt flight got delayed by 4 hrs......nenu hyd lo collect chesukunna luaggage and customs kooda akkade....
