2 H1B's, Koncham Help Cheyyandi Bhaiyyas, Urgent !

I am currently working in company X, with Vendor and Employer as a contractor on H1B. I recently got a FT project and my H1B is transferred and just got confirmation for my new Transfer H1B for 3 years with the full time company.

So, how should i proceed ad what should i do ?

My question is whether i can work my current visa for 2 weeks as i will give the notice to leave today at client and vendor as i already told my employer and he is cool with it.

So, my question is can i work on current H1B visa for 2 weeks and start with new H1B 2 weeks after or should i join the FT with new H1B ASAP ?

Please let me know ???

Did you switch to full time with the same client or a different client? If different client. Give two week notice and get out. You can work as long as your old employer is not cancelling your H1.

Its with a different client

I just gave my 2 weeks notice and will get out. I already told my employer and he is fine to revoke it later when i finish two weeks time.

But my question was "will something happen like revoke or something of that sort to my new H1B with FT company" ???

yeah both your H1's are valid.. so you can work on your old one for 2 weeks and then switch to your new one
