loveindia Posted February 12, 2013 Report Posted February 12, 2013 as per uscis, if you dont have access to client letter, you can submit a Vendor letter and copies from them... vendor elagu avi anni istaaru..(most of them).. so worry avaku.. oka vela mari USCIS RFE vestey appudu client letter ivocchu.. but with dates ee line kuda add cheinchuko with possible extensions ani.. saripotundi... srirajgutha Posted February 12, 2013 Report Posted February 12, 2013 Bhayya, if your employer files 1 or 2 years..H1 Visa ...than you will get RFE. Get another letter from client for 1 year or 6 months in Dec and Submit. In worst scenario, you will 1 year H1. Bhayapadaku...andharu ki ee problem vundi..na friend ki last year..same situation & he got 1 year H1.
