konchma body building experts suggestion ivvandi... em thinali em cheyyali ani kaadu... afternoon gym seyocha?... naaku eve and morning veelu avvatledu...so roju after noon 11:30 to 1 anukuntunna... typically 1 hr anukondi ante office nundi gym ki poyi malli office ki ravali... so is that a good idea

Bayya andaru...envg ee chestaru gym because intiki 7 kalla vachi ....gym ki veltaru....Adneti neku madhyanam time undi ..kanni ...Sayantar, time ledha........ :3D_Smiles:

you get to decide the best time for you to exercise based upon your personal goals, schedule and lifestyle. Ideally, you will pick a time that you are able to stick with consistently and make part of your daily or weekly schedule.

naaku office nundi intiki 1 hr padthadi drive nenu 5 ki start avutha some times 6:30 ayithadi... inka intiki poyi change chesukoni povalanta chaala kashtam ayithundi office lo elago pedda work ledu lunch time lo 1 hr sollu thappithe inkoti ledu anduke oka 30 mins extra time theesukunte pedda pani ayipothadi and idi ayithe roju cheyochu ani

ya ade manchi office pakkanne undi half mile nadusukunta povachu ani manchiga lunch lo sollu ese badulu oka 45 to 50 mins gattiga exercise cheyochu ani

even better is to try working out a lil later after the noon meal.. your body temp will be warmer which leaves u less injury prone and also you wud've had 2 meals so are fueled up and that's what you need before hitting the gym :)

to loose weight .. morning's chestharu work-out ..
work-out ayyaka lunch cheyi .. shud be fine
