minnu4515 Posted February 12, 2013 Report Posted February 12, 2013 I applied for H1 in April2012, got approved. Now I am on H1B since Oct 2012. I was working with employerA until 2011 Dec and then changed to employerB from March2012 till present. I already filled Tax returns for the W2 (Wages 48k) from employerB, which is from March2012 to Dec2012, I got around 3000$. Recently I received one more W2 (Wages 5.5K) from my previous employerA, he run the payroll of Dec2011 in Jan 2012. So will there be any problem for me for not filing the Tax returns of Jan2012 W2 from previous employerA along with employerB W2?? If so can I file it now ?? Please give me ur valuable suggestions on this..
