There will be a phone number to the IRS with the Sub W-2 to contact the IRS and let them know you did all you could to obtain the W-2. Then the Sub W-2 can be created by information from your last pay check stub. [/size][/font][/color]

call IRS and the employer should be taught a lesson so that he wont do in future and doesnt think that he knows a lot and u doesnt know anything..

if there is a mistake on ur side...then dont complain....

mail cheyi employer ki w2 pampani .. reply ivvakapothe in a week or so .. IRS ki complaint chesthanu ani kuda mention cheyi .. chachinatlu reply chesthadu..
dont report to IRS right away .. migatha consultants antha suffer authaaru.. warn him 1st .. then lodge a complaint

did enough follow up...last week dhaka vendor pay ivvatle annadu...vendor pay chesadu e week aaa tharvatha nunchi eedu reply ivvatle calls n mails ki e month end dhaka choosi IRS ni contact chestha ikka looks like that is the only way
