There will be a phone number to the IRS with the Sub W-2 to contact the IRS and let them know you did all you could to obtain the W-2. Then the Sub W-2 can be created by information from your last pay check stub. IRS ki complaint chesthanu ani kuda mention cheyi .. chachinatlu reply chesthadu.. dont report to IRS right away .. migatha consultants antha suffer authaaru.. warn him 1st .. then lodge a complaint
