first learn the basic grammar...like tenses, verbs and vocabulary..buy a good dictionary...

nuvvu nerchukuntunna grammar....english movies and tv series lo vallu ela ae situtations lo use chestunnaro choodu....

always speak grammatically correct english....even if you have to repeat the sentence do it...

try to find some local community colleges, they will conduct English classes for free.

For ex in Illinois there is a college called "Heartland Community College".
