so try as a fresher first via the School recruitments.. if u r not able to make it..


then start with development side first.. neeku vachina raaakunaa.. resume lo for sure.. java pedtaavu.. then learn an Operating system other than windows.


so start learning on ur own .. some java.. dot net , second operating system like.. Linux. Unix,.solaris..
Then start looking at the ETL { Informatica tools}

Otherwise look at salesforce.. [ a little coding.. and some administration tools ]



Ledhu windows meeda untaanu antey.. try MS SQL Server.. DBA or some other stuff in that area..
