bob177 Posted February 13, 2013 Report Posted February 13, 2013 Better apply for H1B in may or june when you come back from india... if you apply in April and go to india 1) while returning at port of entry the will check you status if your H1B is approved then you willl need to get h1b stamping they will not allow to come back on f1 status 2) Also if you get RFE(query) you may be needed to submit a few documents from your side
