last year june 7th ki 20,000 masters quota ayipoindi
june 10th,2012 ki general quota also complete ante just 70 days lo motham h1b's quota completed
incase u masters qouta is completed u still can file h1b in general quota but u should have quota
this year the quota will be completed anyday between april, 15th to april 30th
if you are going to india apply h1b in april asap in premium then after getting approved u can fly to india
as afdb members suggested contact ur school dso...

Since your OPT is till sep you can come back on F1(though your H1 is approved). Endhukante H1 oct ninchi start avthadhi. Appati dhaka u'll be on F1.
