H1B/ead Billing Percentage With Employer

[*]How many of you(H1B with EAD) are doing 75-25 with your employer, may i please know what would be the max percentage you are getting from your employer?
[*]I am paying my own health insurance but my employer is insisting that he is already doing 80% when you sum up all costs though mathematically he is only giving 75% of the billing rate in payrolls, please advise some ideas/talking points to convince him to raise my percentage?

I am working for him since Dec 2007, initially it was 70-30, i hardly remember when he raised it to 75%, could be more than 4 years back.
