first of all donno univs on westside but will definitely try to get some info on that, secodly yes you can apply for a different school, but you will get a new sevis(have to pay new fee too), also you should understand that your old sevis is already terminated so you cannot transfer your old sevis now, which means that your visa will be in jeopardy. next time when you go to india you should apply for a new visa with the new i-20 (some ppl re-enter the country with the same visa, some others gets deported, so the risk is yours)
