Its a misconception dude. He never recommended % for reservations for SC/STs.. He wanted an entry to otherwise forbidden society. Its congress which kept on increasing and playing the game of reservation to lure minority votes. As a result what had been a 10% reservation in 1956 is now looming around 60%.

This is purely to create an impression that Indian constitution is written by him The fact is that 99% of articles that are present in todays Ind.Constitution are framed by Britishers. The preamble's main task was to erase the word 'British India' and replace with 'Indian'. This was a highly paid clerical task for which the signatory was Dr.Ambedkar, an ST.
But Gandhis family, right from Nehru, Indira, Rajeev and till recently Sonia, all are interested in 'minority' votes.
See present Congress Govt. See the dirty tricks played by them to lure Muslim minority votes. They wanted to portray Godhra 2002 S6 coach burning as an electrical accident. So that they can prove Muslims were mistakenly targeted by aftermath riots. Can there be any betrayal more than this to Hindus in their own land?
The present youth of India do not think so broadly. Just they keep carried away by some visible things. Not thinking beyond the obvious.
