Nenu 3 weeks nundi week ke 4 days choppuna gym ke pothunna 45 min cardio 8 incline 4 speed meda chestunnaa , 45 mins weights chestunna , diet ke vaste morning OATS , madyalo snacks kinda oka egg white , lunch ke oka egg burrito malli madyalo snacks kinda oka egg white thintunna eve entike vackaa Soya milk and one apple thini gym ke pothunna ienaa enka na weight lo change ralaa yemi yendhuku kani antaru yem change cheyali ..? suggestions plzzz

sometimes calorie intake will equal the amount that you are burning in the gym....so try giving more time for workout.....

Total ga 1700 cal untayee bhayaa nenu thinedi and almost 500-600 cal burn chestunna gym lo ...

bhayya nee metabolism rate chala takkuvanukunta!??????? piga vundedi US lona cold climate lo konthamandiki metabolism rate baga taggipotundi!!!!! I say work with a trainer.....

There is few things u need to know.. DO NOT do cardio and weights together.. It will mess u up..atleast do cardio morning and weights eve....8elevation lo 4speed walkin wil not help u in 1 month.. Better effect kavali ante min 6 speed lo runnin cheyyali..1-2 elevation is good... 0 is also fine as long as u run atleast 2.5miles or more
4 days chaladu..make it 5... If possible ..only if possible... Run for fun outside on a trail on the 6th day..7th day is complete rest..clean ur whole body and stomach... Use a laxative...drink lemon and honey.. Will reset ur system..
Again routine start next week... Ur diet sounds good enough... I dont see any necessary changes...

1 more thing.. Water.. Atleast 4lts a day..

I did all the above for 4 months

immediate gaa effect kana padau and weights chesthe they retain lot of water in the begining it will take atleast 2 months to see any difference and nee age ento telidu b ut tryin simple jogging on thread mill for 20 mins and do the rest as usual ................neeku weigth e taggali ani unte just do jogging stop the weight training for now until u see the difference sometimes ur anxiousness will not help make peace to urself by telling u r on the right track and make it a habit of doing this and it will make u a good lifestyle!!
