nuvvvu chese workut totally wrong......

first thing nuvvu cardio cheseapudu 8 incline epudu cheyakodadhu.....it exerts pressure on ur back rather than whole body....

do it at 6-6.5 speed , the amount of time u spend only on threadmill should be divided into threadmill n cross trainer......and one more thing when u do a rigorous 45 min cardio, ur muscles are already broken so it doesnt hv enough strenght to do weights....so how much ever u do good workout it doesnt work. so split ur cardio and weights....

option 1: cardio in the morning , weights in the evening

option 2: weights first and then cardio both in the morning or evening

and nuvvu tine food is good enough but change it a lil bit

breakfast is good, middle snacks lo egg white oddhu.....take some good carbohydrates or fruits....lunch which ever u get as in US u dnt hv options....

i suggest before u go to gym, hv either a banana or black coffee which wud help ur blood circulation n metabolism.

and I say dnt hv milk after doing gym or before going to gym nt at all advisable....n dnt hv milk after 7 forget abt it.........

replace ur soya milk with 5 egg whites after ur gym which helps ur broken muscle to get formed up again.......

protien intack is more important and when u take protien u hv to have buttermilk.

and for dinner after having 5 egg whites if u still feel hungry hv broccoli or mushroom. its a wonderful food for workouts

1 more thing.. Water.. Atleast 4lts a day..

Morning crunches with empty stomach is it preferable or not ?

nenu one and half nundi chesthuna bhaya daily 700-800 calories burn chestuna oka 14 pounds tagina and 1 week nundi kudraka cheyale immediate malli 7 pounds pergina
and I started again this week back to normal vasthuna
daily 500 calories threadmill 6 speed and 300 calories Crosstrainer
inka tagudam ani try chesthuna tagatledu and belly fat ki emo abdomer chestuna inka excercies em cheyalo chepandi
this is my diet
morning : fat free milk with cereals or Wheat bread wit three white eggs
afternoon : Oats
evening : apploe or banana
Night :whole wheat home made chapati with curry
before sleep one more glass milk
and daily 2 times green tea
