At work you would need to maintain high professionalism, at a certain point your performance may not even matter because everyone is smart & knows how to complete their tasks / responsibilities. What really matters is how well behaved you are and what level of decency do you maintain.

On the other hand if you decide to date/mate someone that works in the same office, be aware & be prepared for things that will eventually happen...., like gossips about your relationship, some stupid asking you a silly question about it in a group or on Social network / FB. Things like these spread really fast these days because everyone is interested in knowing whats happening in someone elses life and gossip about it.

It depends...Na previous contract chala long term...2 Collegues, same team, a single guy and a widow..iddharu desis e,telugu vallu...4 yrs date chesukunaru, 5th year marriage chesukunaru...2 yrs bagane vunaru..later on they divorced, still running into each other in the same team, chala awkward vundedi maakhu..eventually after 2 months of their divorce, the guy left...Ayyina echina reason enti ante, looking at a girl who ruined his life every single day doesn't sit well with him antaa...
