Help In Getting Pay From Vendor

[color=#1F497D]Last year may and june, 2012 monthly payments not released by Prime vendor named ccibberrr to my vendor appexx .All timesheets approved and i had it in hard copies and email attachments also.[/color]

[color=#1F497D]in turn appexx didn't paid to my employer XXXX.[/color]

[color=#1F497D]Total due amount for both months is $10,904.00. [/color]

[color=#1F497D]Please help me how to get payments back from my prime vendor .[/color][color=#1F497D]My employer wants to proceed legally on vendor company.[/color]

all approved timesheets , PO, anni vunnai...
maa employer antadu recovery lo file chesthe ok 3 months avachu leka 6 months avachu lekapothe 1 year kuda avachu antundu...
so every month malla aa recovery vadiki employer pay cheyali anta....
total ga bokka...hai...

actual ga nenu aa project lo h1b lo vunna ani join ayya kani nenu ooo ffeee teee...adi koncham bhayam...kani legal ga work chesi ...approved timesheets vunte ok ani
oka positive felling tho forwarding ahead....

the other issue is for consulting we put fake experience of 7 years.....if he legally proceeds saying that u did tell wrong to u..


but if client supports u....ask from client side personally....

mana status doesn't matter manam work chesam approved time sheets vunnai ante. mana resume or status tho sambandham ledhu.
