Supports the IBM Rational RequisitePro implementation and maintenance of Requisite Pro within program (40-50 projects on-going).
-Manages deliverables within ReqPro for program to include establishing projects and associated functions.
-Loading of deliverables into tool for deliverable owners
-Viewing results of deliverables to ensure load was successful
-Ensure naming conventions correct
-Validate traceability and present to owner any untraced requirements
-Manage approval cycle of deliverables
-Develop reports and customized ad hoc reports utilizing Rational RequisitePro, , Microsoft Word and Excel,
-Create training and application manuals for supporting program
-Conduct walk-throughs, demonstrations, and training sessions for program
-Participate in internal Forums to represent program and secure upgrades/updates from the enterprise team. Present to Lead to determine next steps towards communication within program
-Establish metrics for program[/size][/font][font=arial, sans-serif][size=3]

- have 3+ years using with Rational RequisitePro
- have strong communication skills, be able to clearly articulate complex concepts, and be comfortable leading discussions with a wide range of individuals
- be well organized and be able to work and balance priorities across multiple projects
- have solid writing skills
- demonstrate analytical capabilities and research skills to determine and resolve complex problems
- be able to work independently and as an effective team member[/size][/font]
