first employer kuda work cheyanivadu...without opt stem card...endhukante vadiki issues vuntayi...
so 1st employer ni manage cheyali...

so ventane apply cheyamanu opt stemm ki...with the letter issued from school...beter to be in contact with school officials by phone and emails...

without opt stem card after opt expiry - grace period vuntadi work cheyadaniki...until then ok...
oka sari aa grace period ayipothe he has to quit the job...because its out of status to work then.

final ga...meekuna knowledge lo max work out cheyandi...with school officlas, employer and USCIS customer service...
else contact a immigration attorney...he can suggest u the best way out.

i believe grace period is if u already apply for OPT Extension and waiting on approval ani anukuntunna... not asalu apply cheyakapoteney ani kaadu... idi just thinking antey... not sure..

University vallu asalu i20 ivvaru ilanti cases lo.. vallu istam annaru antey may be he will have no issues.. so one day waste chesina mee vadiki problem..

but mee friend ni first thing today cheymanu cos when I applied exactly one week unindi naadi expire avataniki... but still apply chesina 3 weeks card vachesindi no issues... and annitiki ready ga undali... h1 file cheseymanu ee year ye mee vadni.. in case emanna teda aitey backup ga untadi..

Inthaki Application for OPT Extension and the I-20 for the OPT Extension vachayyaa chetiloki..
