My wife is on H4 visa... H1 apply cheyyatam better aa or F1 better aa?

depends bhayya..if she has previous job experience in india..that helps in getting placed here nad securing job.....better to apply for h1b...(unless they want to study)...lekapothe f1-h1b....

It depends. If they are on H4, they will get instate tution. But, they wont be eligible for any of the on-campus jobs then.

If they change to F-1, they will be "Eligible" for instate tution fee and on-campus job. But, instate tution depends on funding as u guys know its not that easy to get instate tution now a days.
