[/quote] savings before taxes which you can claim at the age of 60. i hope your company will do some matching of whatever the amount you keep in this 401k plan. for example, nuvvu 6% of your annual salary e 401k plan lo pedite your company will match half or the same percent of amount and deposit in the 401 plan from their side.
