Bhayya, better dont go to Informatica..... Since inko 1 or 1.5 years loo Oracle vaduu ETL tool okatii testunaduu(ODI) so most of the oracle users who now use Informatica, will have to switch to ODI ... so better strike off that option.

My advice aite, Oracle Reporting tool(OBIEE) with combination of SQL, DAC, ETL and basic knowledge on Oracle Apps(Technical and Functional).... Ivi anni basics telsina with strong OBIEE, ninnu puvvullo petti teskuntaruu..
