I'm desperate to seek some advise. I was really stupid and

Here's my story:

[color=#ff0000][size=7]I was caught in a sting operation. I responded to a ad and text messaged the girl to meet her in a hotel[/size][/color]. After arriving I paid the amount we agreed and few mins later cops showed up and I got busted. They took my details and ID and checked to see if I had any past criminal records. I didn't have any past arrest and this was the 1st time. Later they took my mug shot and released me from the hotel. They said I'll receive summons in mail. In the mean time I retained a criminal attorney and he said he can negotiate with the prosecutor and get the case dismissed in 90 days with no guilty plea and I need to do 8 hours of community service and STD test. I already completed both. On the court date my attorney found out that the prosecutor wants to do a "Disposition to continuance" for 1 year with 100 hours of community service. My attorney was surprised and we then postponed the court hearing to Aug'12 to do more research. My attorney said that this will be still be a no guilty plea and there will be no conviction, but the case will be dismissed after 1 year. In the meantime, I consulted and immigration attorney and he said that this shouldn't affect your green card and you should be safe from deportability and inadmissibility as long as I don;t get into trouble again. My criminal attorney has assured me that, since there is no conviction, I'll not have any trouble for my immigration.

My status:

Applied for GC EB3 priority date Dec'2002. Filed for I-485 and currently I'm on EAD.
Applied for GC EB2, filed labor end of June. Once labor is approved, planning to recapture priority date of EB3 and file for 140 & 485 concurrently.

My concern is that,

What will happen to my green card approval, if it becomes current while the case is pending?
Is it safe to travel outside US while the case is pending? I'm planning to travel outside US during March'2013.

I would really appreciate any help you can give to my current situation.
