Is Jagan Politically Impotent?

Vijayamma is not sure of Jagan's capabilities as he could win so far only because of using his father's brand name and ladies cryings in the family (sevala meda chillara ettukune edupulu ani ardham lo annaru)....That might be one of the reasons she is sending overtures to Congress. Political pundits opine that Jagan is akin to a person who is high on a redbull but in real he is politically impotent
