Loadrunner Job Support For Rte Protocol

i am facing some issue in Loadrunner with RTE protocol

[b]Information[/b]
a) When Script is created in RTE protocol, Script run fine in Vuser
i have created 1 script equal 1 Transaction
But when i run Script in Controller that's where i am having unknown issue

[b]ISSUE 1:[/b]
After Ramp up all users wait 1 minute and 30 second to run script
[b]ISSUE 2:[/b]
At end of scenario transaction pass is = number of users run in scenario.
