week ki three times gym

30 mins cardio, rest 30 mins regular work out upper body and lower body

yes i am following kris gethen 12 week program in body building if you want more vigorous training go for his DTP program but its recommended to complete first one and go for DTP

bhaya every body is different so try to do research what suits ur body need like go much crabs and protein u need to loose fat or gain muscl it needs lot of study to understand ur body metabolism so try to take 6 meals a day every 2-3 hours and should contain fist size crabs and protein in each meal keep ur metabolism burning all the time....but again u need to choose which is right for ur type of body

i am eating from one and half year
they are healthy.

i eat 5 days that kind of food
on weekends i eat diff food
