If he is having a good job over there, then it's waste of coming to UK. What is his goal over here? How much is he paying for that course? As per my knowledge he must be paying £10000 - £15000. If he does a part time he earns around 500 - 650 per month, in that 350 - 500 will be his expenses. So for covering his fees it takes nearly 2 years of time to repay that amount if he is dam hard working guy. More over you are telling that he's having a family over there.
My questions
1. How will support his family while studying by saving £100 a month?
2. By when will he be able to repay his tuition fee?
Getting a job here is completely depends on communication, talent, hard working and pure luck. If anyone of the listed one is not in his favour then he should forget about the job. How ever after he completes his masters, he will be having just 3 months to find a graduate job. If he doesn't find in that period then he needs to head back home.
It's not easy as PM addressed in India to stay back in UK. Most of the companies here won't be taking risk to sponsor visa's. People who are having 2 years of visa are being rejected just because of the limited period of the visa, how could he manage to find a job in very short period of 3 months?

My genuine opinion is to stay back. If he deposits the amount into an Indian bank, which he wants to pay for the tuition fee...he will easily get 30k as interest in India.
