Next, If you have manager level experience in multi countries, you qualify for EB1. Inka chala unaie bro, like if you have any publications, certification etc..., you can qualify for EB1, this essentially doesnt have to be in IT area.

If you are sure on what you said above..., you can contact any immigration lawyer and file for your GC under EB1 category. Technically, you dont need a sponsor for EB1 category which mean you can file your own GC. I am assuming you are aware that PWD, Ads, Labor/PERM etc are not required for EB1 category.

You will be filing I140 & I485 together, assuming that all goes well you should get EAD in 3months and in 3more months you should get your GC.
