Walk chey bhayya...at last 2-3 kms time every day. eat anyting but of limited quantity( eat early lunch and good dinner).(fruits for break fast/nothing if am not hungry).....nenu 187 lbs nundi 156 ki vachanu..(6 weeks lo).i don t have any conditions on diet ....but ll walk 2 kms a day min...and depends on each body type..I can put on quickly as well as put off ...

GM diet best one dude..........but make sure that u drink water as much as possible......if u r not taking water then this doesnt work....exp tho chepthunna

baabu quick change is not good..........GM diet is only temporary.. malli nuuvu normal ga tintavu so malli u will put on weight............

exercise is the best........kastham antey walk cheyi.... controlled diet...........biryani ni taakuva kummu... drinking vuntey aadi kuda taakuva cheyi.. sweets and chocolates kuda taakuva cheyii............chips muttaku aasalla...... chips kanipichani daayam...........

15pounds ye over weight kabatti .. oka 1 week em solid food thinakunda.. just eat fruits and vegetables .. and drink lots of water .. kadupu lo unna chetha antha clear aipothundi .. next week nunchi proper diet follow ayipo

yeah koncham costly kaani worth it baa... 1 hr session for 3 days a week... atla oka 12 sessions ante too much tone avuthundi body... ante chaala conditions untayanuko... vaadu koncham diet restrictions pedthadu and 3 days a week weight training unna 5 days cardio cheyyali atla... it will give amazing results in 3 months...
