Next client tho official ga chestha ani anappudu , see whether you still have visa slot...unte client tho kuda apply cheyyochu. Official ga oka candidate ki enni companies aina H1 apply cheyyochu. Its up to the candidate tow home he wants to work.

Okavela Client apply chesta annappudu H1 slots aipote then employer tho vachina H1 visa transfer pettuko.........edi pettukovadaniki OCT varaku wait cheyyalsina pani ledu but official ga transfer aina kuda it will start from OCT 1st only.

Since client may not wait till OCT to join officially as FT, nuvvu OPT meeda unnav kabatti, H1 transfer aipoyaka OPT meeda client tho FT jouin avvu and after OCt 1st automatic ga client H1 meeda continue aitav.........

First go with your employer. If you get HR approval from client before the quota finishes then file for H1 through your client. But your employer may demand H1 cost reimbursement because he would have spend 5000$ for a H1 that's not going to be used. If you don't get approval from client HR before the quota finishes then do a transfer after October 1st.
