Same employer same candidate ki rendu positions ki h1 cheyakudadu.. But two different employers can sponsor h1b but should be for different positions..but ikkada nee case lo position same kabatti I am not sure how it works.. kani nee h1 oct varaku activate avvadu kabatti.. me employer to h1 apply chesina kuda oct mundu mee client kuda cheyochu anukuntunna.. once your h1 with client approves you can ask ur employer to revoke ur h1. I know people who applied for rendu h1s but rendu dif positions and dif employers.

You can negotiate with your manager about pay and then finally tell him that i will come back to you after OCtober , then immediately he will ask why?

Simply tell him that you have aggriment with your employer .

if he says No we can't wait until that means, dont talk to him about your visa etc, then simply talk to HR's they can do it .

take the full time give them your OPT card and ask them to apply for H1B.

at the same time start your H1B with your current employer.

you can apply upto 7 H1B's , but you can work for only 1 employer at any point of time,
