Coverage Help Please, Culprit Doesn' Have Valid Coverage On Her Policy

Morning oka papa na car ni venuka nunchi guddesindhi..... tana daggara insurance, license, car pics, drivers license copy anni teskunna..... tanadhi geico ne nadhi geico ne...

geico ki call chesa ela accident ani..... morning call cheste vallu eppudu call chesaru naku saying that that girl doesnt have a valid coverage ani and na insurance meda claim cheyyamantunnaru till they investigate on her..... and there is no guarantee how many days it may take anta..... na insurance perugutada ante eppudu em cheppalem antunnaru..
na insurance tho claim chesi vallu aa pilla daggara recover chesaka reimburse chestam antunnaru....

na paristiti endhi asalu..... nenu culprit kadhu.... na details kuda em teskoledu aa ammai....

cop gadu vachadu kani as both cars are drivable he said exchange information and proceed annadu na bonda....

Since ur at no fault , Geico will try to Re Imburse it from her but if u want to get ur car fixed ,u have no choice except to put it on ur insurance and repair it eventually Geico will get with her and try to settle it , if not it will be in ur claims unless its a huge claim say $5k or some thing u wont see a major change in ur premium also if ur with Geico make sure to let them Know that u will be ok to use ur insurance and if they cant reimburse it from her , how should u proceed and if they leave u with no choice just let them know that they have to make sure ur premium doesnot cchange . Usually Premium changes when u renew the insurance .. also if u think u can get it done at cheaper price some where outside go for it .. its upto u

I dont think so Cops wil help , unless u file a Law suit against her or sue her or launch an official Complient against her but even then u will have to wait until Geico comes back and says shez not repaying .. don't sweat it to much go with ur insurance company bro

Dont change insurance , Stay with Geico .. and ask them to make a note of this case so that it wont effect ur premium at all
