aaaviri pattu,
kaapadam pettu,
padukuney mundhu vicks raasuko...
avoid diary products
drink more water

A Panacea for several aliments which can be used both internally and externally.

COUGH COLD AND CORYZA[/b]
Rub 4 drops on the neck, nose and also chest twice a day, morning and evening. It will also help if 4 drops are added to betel leaves or tea or coffee and consumed[/u][/color]

[b]THROAT TROUBLE[/b]
Such as Tonsillitis, Hard Breathing difficulty in swallowing-Add 12 drops in two to three glasses of boiling water and inhale the vapour through mouth. Also paint the inside throat with swab dipped in ZINDA TILISMATH. Repeat till relif.

[b]STOMACH TROUBLES[/b]
(Indigestion, Constipation, Flatulence, Loud Eructation and Loose Motions) Take 8 drops of “ZINDA TILISMATH” mixed with 1 oz water.

[b]DYSENTERY[/b]
Mix 8 drops with 10 grams of butter or 50 grams of curd and take twice, morning and evening on empty stomach till motions stop. Diet with barley water.

[b]MALARIA[/b]
Fever followed by shivering Mix 8 drops with 1 oz. of water and take three times a day.

[b]CHOLERA[/b]
Mix 8 drops with plain or soda water and take every 15 minutes till relief. During treatment take only Ganji or Sabudana.

[b]BREATHING TROUBLE OF CHILDREN[/b]
Mix 2 drops with Mother’s Milk and feed the child. Also rub the chest of the child with 6 drops and foment with warm cloth. Repeat till relief. The above dosage is for children below 3 years.

[b]EXTERNAL USE
HEADACHE[/b]
Rub on the forehead 6 drops. If necessary repeat after two hours.

[b]TOOTHACHE[/b]
Apply cotton swab soaked in “ZINDA TILISMATH” to the affected part of the gum every two hours till pain subsides.

[b]EAR TROUBLE[/b]
Wash the affected ear with warm water and put 4 drops mixed with LUKEWARM coconut oil and plug with cotton.

[b]PAINS[/b]
In any part of the body viz hands, feet, back, knees etc. Rub on the effected part and foment with an equal quantity of kerosene oil and rub slowly twice a day morning and evening foment with warm cloth bandage.

[b]SCORPION STING[/b]
Rub 4 drops on the part stung and apply heat from embers. Repeat till relief.

NOTE: Zinda Tilismath can be used during pregnancy also.
