On the other hand, hitting from behind with that speed wouldn't be a big deal of that much money...so fight bravely....first rely on Insurance only....as you have no/minor fault....talk to insurance in a commanding way...don't give them chance... don't take lawyer route...pindesthaaru jagrathha...at least for now.
