you can stream whats on your ipad to your TV wireless..

you will just have have youtube (not available in roku) , netflix , hbo , hulu etc.

roku has lots of channel applications..

on roku we have youtube...neeku telvad ani cheppu. Did you try Plex ? Awesome Appln. And we have 1080 showcase its Youtube. Try out those.

IPad pettukuni emchesthavo adi cheppu mudu. ipad to tv ela connect chesthav ? Do you have Apple TV ? then it make sense. But you can't play everything what you see on ipad i hope not sure. If your purpose is solved then good.

nenu oka 1 month vaada , direct youtube appiication ledu .. i did not tried 3rd party youtube clients..
