[b]Position 1 :[/b] [b]Business Analyst – Healthcare & Data Warehousing[/b]

[b]Location: Hartford, CT[/b]
[b]Duration: 6+ Months[/b]
[b]Start date: Immediate[/b]

[b]Requirement:-[/b]
· Lead the BA team through the requirements and development process
· Have strong communication skills
· Be very well experienced in the DW requirement gathering methodology, Understand Dimensional model data base – dims and facts and how to write requirements for each (specifically measures in a fact table). Understanding how requirements are loaded into a bus matrix / and use the Bus as a elicitation tool to the business
· Develop Requirement documents
· Lead a team of 3 BA’s
· Manage the on/off model through this process
· Have claims knowledge (nice to have)
· Manage some tough customers through the process

[b]Position 2 :[/b] [b]Technical[/b] [b]Business Analyst- Healthcare[/b]

[b]Location: Baton Rouge, LA[/b]
[b]Start Date: Immediate[/b]
[b]Duration: 6+ Months[/b]
[b]No. of Positions: 2[/b]

[b]Must Have Skills:[/b]
· 5+Years of Health Care Experience
· 5+Yeares of BA experience
· Excellent Interpersonal Skills
· Strong SQL Skills

[b]Desired Skills:[/b]
Technical BA is with strong SQL skills, knowledge of Facets data model, and preferable IT development background in VB with 5+ BA role with expert skills in MS office
