You appear to be reasonably educated but you seem to be brought up in caste-ridden schools/colleges in and around Vijayawada/Guntur. First, please do understand that AICTE itself is corrupted and they started giving college permissions to every Tom-Dick and Harry after 1997. They never needed a CMs recommendation or CMs approval. You can also show 30 acres of (kabja) land and 1 crore in cash (even if its loan from bank). I can give you an example. State of UP which has got 6 Engineering Colleges till 1995 has grown in 1000+ Engineering colleges by 2000. Did UP have a visionary CM during that period? Its not only AP and UP but every state in India has so many Engineering Colleges that atleast 20-30% seats remain vacant. At the same time, people flying to US has nothing to do with CM of any state in India. Great Administrator - No Doubt, accepted. Andaricheta pani cheyinchadu - Thats true. All state Govt. employees used to come to Office by 9:00 AM. But this is the same reason why he lost elections 2 times. Regarding reputation among other states - yes he was succesful in manipulating national media to create an impression that AP is super-advanced which really did not do much favour for him or to AP but made YSR as CM who proved that saving farmers from suicides can make him CM rather than manipulating national media with false growth figures.
