I would suggest keeping the support as backup. Your progress depends on how much effort you put to learn yourself rather than how much support you utilized.
For example, If you try to resolve an issue yourself, you will know many other concepts in the process of resolving it. But, if you rely on others, you will just know the solution. Ask any expert, you will hear these exact suggestions.
