So mana desi company gadu danni Edo MTS anta Adi chesi dobbichukunnadu....8 months taruvathA one fine morning call chesi madam meeku H1B approve aindi..andaru happies!!! Three weeks taruvathA one bad evening phone chesi madam we are to inform that we Are revoking ur H1B ani cheeponaru!!!
Reason emiti ante em cheppale!!! Actuly my sis is about to give birth to a baby. So she cannot work for next 5 months !!!!
Ippudu endayya ante matter!!!! H1B approve ayyaka ma sis H4 status Automatic ga H1b ki maripodda!!
Marithe Desi company gadu H1b revoke chesthe ippud pariththi enti!!!!
She is on h4 status since2010 November !!!

Thanaki H1 approval vochakaaa H4 status nundi H4 ki move avuthundi ...... why don't you ask that employer to maintain the status .... kavali antee pay check run ki dabbulu isthamu ani chepandi ( I know this is not legal but statu maintain cheyali kadha) ..... ila chesthy oka 6 months tharuvathaaa thanu job chesukovachu ....


ledhu H1 revoke chesthy ,..... she should apply for status change again to H4 ... ledhu antee out of status kadhaa..... aaa employer nee help heyamani cheppu attorney tho matladi status change ki

Ippud I problem enti ante am sis ki 8 month... So can not go back to india... So very confusion and stress!!!!

mama .... there are some companies who can transfer your sister visa.....

I heard from my old employer you have 1 month time to get a new employer if your visa is revoked .... even vadu visa revoke cheyadaniki USCIS ki petition pampininaa that take some time to get processed , ee lopu vere employer tho transfer ki apply chepisthy , you will be in status ....


pregnant antunav kabbati yoou can show that reason and with without paystubs u can transfer mama ....All the best

your sister is on Hhhhhh4 status right now.Hhhh1 was approved and revoked by employer.

This is the solution:

Your sister comes under 2012 quota..She can reinstate Hhhh1 b anytime..Even after 3 or 4 years...

Just google Reinstaaaate EEHhhh1111B .....
